Leah Hall

Leah brings nearly two decades of comprehensive real estate experience to her role as Designated Broker of FirstTeam. As a California native, she offers a deep familiarity with the regional market shaped by years of hands-on industry experience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an International Concentration from Saint Mary’s College of California and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University, Irvine.

Since joining FirstTeam Real Estate as a Broker-Associate in 2019, Leah has continued to expand her leadership impact. She served as Assistant Manager of the Huntington Beach branch offices before transitioning into the company’s Risk Management department in 2023. Beyond her company leadership, Leah served as 2021 President of the Orange County Network of the Women’s Council of REALTORS and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Orange County REALTORS.

Leah's leadership philosophy is grounded in continuous learning and purposeful growth. Inspired by Maya Angelou's words, "Do the best you can until you know better. Then, when you know better, do better," she is committed to ongoing development- for herself and for the professionals she leads. Passionate about teaching, training, and mentorship, she fosters a culture of accountability, curiosity, and excellence where real estate professionals are supported in leveraging their unique strengths to achieve extraordinary results.
