Leah is a California native and has resided in the Los Angeles and Orange County communities since 2003. She attended Saint Mary's College of California and also the University of Cape Town, South Africa, obtaining her Degree in Business Administration with an International Concentration. In 2020, Leah completed her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership at Concordia University, Irvine, and simultaneously obtained her Certificate in Executive Coaching.
Leah has been a licensed real estate professional for over 16 years and has actively participated and assisted in many aspects of real estate, including: Loan origination/processing, Property Management, Short Sales, the Foreclosure process, Appraisals, Property Rehabilitation, the Construction Planning and entitlement process and, of course, Real Estate Sales.
For over 8 years, Leah led her own independent brokerage, gradually building a team of hardworking, loyal, and trustworthy agents. Her primary goal was to form a cohesive group of multi-talented individuals who could not only constantly learn from one another but who could then pass along this shared knowledge and experience to clients.
Leah joined First Team Real Estate in December 2019 as a Broker-Associate and has eagerly continued her professional real estate service. In addition, Leah has served as both President-Elect (2020) and President (2021) for the Orange County Network of the Women's Council of REALTORS. With a focus on serving others, Leah strives to lead by working alongside both clients and colleagues to ensure the most beneficial outcome for all parties.
